Privacy

The short answer is that anything you type into a tool stays on your device. Names, ages, wish lists, Secret Santa pairings and quiz edits are all held in the page and written into a PDF locally. None of it is sent to a server, logged or stored against you.

What you type into a tool

Every generator runs in your browser. When you type a child's name into a Santa letter, a list of names into the draw slips tool, or a set of words into a word search, that text is held in the page while you are on it and used to build the PDF on your own machine.

It is not transmitted. Closing the tab discards it. There is no draft saved anywhere, which means there is also nothing to recover, so download the PDF before you close the page if you want to keep it.

What the site does collect

Standard server request logs, which include an IP address, the page requested, a timestamp and a user agent string. These are used to see which pages are being used and to find errors, and they are not linked to anything you typed into a tool.

Advertising on the site may set cookies and may use an identifier to control which adverts are shown and how often. Your browser settings and your region's consent controls govern that, and the consent notice on first visit is where those choices are made.

What the site does not do

  • No accounts, so no stored names, email addresses or passwords.
  • No email list and no newsletter signup.
  • No file uploads, so no images, documents or photographs of yours are received.
  • No server-side PDF generation, so the content of your sheets never reaches us.
  • No sale of personal information.

Children

Several tools involve a child's name and age, which is exactly why they run locally. The site is intended to be used by adults printing for children rather than by children directly, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Questions

Do you store the names I type into a Santa letter?
No. The text stays in the page and is written into the PDF on your own device. Nothing is transmitted, and closing the tab discards it.
Does the site use cookies?
Advertising on the site may set cookies to control which adverts are shown and how often. The site itself sets no account or tracking cookies of its own, because there are no accounts.
What is in the server logs?
An IP address, the page requested, a timestamp and a browser user agent string. They are used to find errors and see which pages get used, and are not linked to anything typed into a tool.
Can I use the tools without being tracked?
The generators work with advertising and analytics scripts blocked. They need JavaScript for the site itself, because the preview and the PDF are both built in your browser.
